Frequently asked questions

Key answers about Neuro Remittance, the Neuro Card, and Vantage AML, how funds move, how we use AI, and how we support regulated institutions.

Neuro Financial is a cross-border payments and compliance platform. Individuals use Neuro Remittance and the Neuro Card to send and spend, while financial institutions use Vantage AML to monitor and manage risk across their payment flows.

Neuro combines remittance, a payment card, and real-time AML monitoring on one platform. That means faster transfers, better visibility into your money, and an infrastructure layer designed for banks, fintechs, and MSBs—not just a consumer app.

No. You can start with remittance only and add the Neuro Card later. The card is optional, but when paired with remittance it makes it easier to send, receive, and spend funds in one place.

Neuro operates as a money service business (MSB) and works with regulated banking and payment partners to move and safeguard funds. We focus on the technology, infrastructure, and compliance layers that make cross-border money movement smarter and safer.

Transfers are designed to move quickly with real-time status updates. Speed depends on the destination corridor, payout method, and any required verification. You’ll see where your transfer is at each step from send to delivery.

Before you confirm a transfer, we show you the total fee, the exchange rate (if applicable), and the exact amount the recipient will receive. No hidden charges are added after you confirm.

Neuro launches by corridor. Supported countries and payout methods are listed on the Remittance page, with upcoming corridors clearly marked as “coming soon.” Over time, we’ll expand to more regions.

If a transfer is delayed, we show the status and reason where possible for example, additional verification or recipient bank processing time. If a transfer cannot be completed, funds are returned or handled according to our refund policy and the underlying payment partner.

The Neuro Card is a payment card connected to your Neuro balance. It lets you spend, tap, and pay while staying connected to your remittance activity and account history in one place.

You can fund your Neuro Card from your balance, receive incoming transfers, and spend locally. This makes it easier for you or your recipients to use funds instantly without waiting for a separate bank process.

Card pricing and any monthly fees are listed on the Pricing page. We aim to keep card fees simple, transparent, and aligned with everyday use—not hidden in fine print.

You can lock and unlock your card, review transactions in real time, and receive alerts for unusual activity. Our backend systems run continuous fraud and AML checks on card usage to detect risk patterns.

Vantage AML is our enterprise-grade anti-money laundering and risk monitoring platform. It ingests transaction streams, scores risk in real time, and surfaces alerts and summaries for compliance teams at banks, fintechs, and MSBs.

Vantage combines rule-based controls with AI models that learn patterns over time. It looks at behavior across accounts, devices, and corridors to detect anomalies and suspicious patterns that traditional systems often miss.

Yes. Vantage is designed to connect via API, batch files, and streaming feeds. It can sit alongside existing cores, CRMs, or case management tools to enhance not replace your stack.

You can request a demo and share your use case, volumes, and timeline. From there, we work with your team to design a pilot, define success metrics, and scope a deployment path.
